For an additional charge we are able to offer an express service.

For orders placed on a Bank Holiday, your order will be delivered on the second working day following the Bank Holiday. The time will depend on the delivery service selected. If you place an order for collection on a Bank Holiday, this will be available for collection from 10am on the first working day after the Bank Holiday.
Please note that every effort will be made to deliver the goods within the time specified above and in the order, but any quoted dates for delivery are approximate only and we will not be liable for any losses suffered through any delay in delivery.
The above delivery services are available to most mainland UK destinations, but please see the list of restrictions below.
If you would like to collect your order, you will need to collect from our Widnes depot. The address is shown in the Find Us section of the website. Your order will be available for collection from the time indicated above, and you can collect any time provided that it is between the hours of 7.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday. However, whilst every effort will be made to have the goods ready for collection within the time specified above and in the order, any quoted dates for collection are approximate only and we will not be liable for any losses suffered through any delay in delivery.

Re-Delivery
If there is no-one available to accept collection at your nominated delivery address, our couriers will leave your order with a neighbour if this is possible (this does not apply if you are a business). Otherwise, the order will be returned to the courier's local depot. You will need to contact the courier to either arrange re-delivery or to collect from their local depot. A card will be left showing the relevant contact details.
It is your responsibility to contact the courier. If you do not contact them within 3 working days, the courier will then return your order to initialonline. In this event, you will need to contact us on 0151 420 9920 / sales@initialpackaging.com to re-arrange delivery. An additional delivery charge may be payable.

Stock Availability
If your order item is in stock at the time of placing the order, then this will be delivered next day or you can collect from our Widnes depot same day/next day (as explained above).
If your order item is out of stock, we will normally indicate the expected delivery date/collection date on your order confirmation. However, occasionally this date may not be known at the time of placing the order, in which case we will contact you as soon as we have an available date. If this date is not suitable and you need the item sooner, we will do our best to accomodate this, but if this is not possible you can request to cancel the order item and we will arrange a refund.
If your order contains a mixture of items in stock and items out of stock, we will deliver the items in stock next day and the items out of stock when available. You will not be charged anything extra for the additional delivery. If you are collecting from our Widnes depot, unfortunately we will not be able to reimburse you for any costs you may incur from making more than one collection. However, if you would like the out of stock items delivering rather than collecting, we are happy to do this and you will not be charged anything extra (please contact us on 0151 420 9920 / sales@initialpackaging.com to arrange this).
